Owner’s Representation

Building upon skills she obtained as a Project Architect, managing multiple concurrent construction projects in multiple cities, Kennedy served the city of Seattle as a Senior Capital Project Manager in the Department of Finance and Administrative Services. Two years later, she moved across the country to New York City to serve Pratt Institute, a private art college in Brooklyn, as their Capital Project Manager.
