Olympia Capitol West Campus

Olympia, WA | Public Works | $600K | Seven Campus Buildings on the National Register of Historic Places | 2016 - 2017

 

Exterior preservation of the seven masonry buildings at the West Capitol Campus in Olympia, WA. Scope of work included cleaning all four sandstone facades of the Temple of Justice and patching/repairing spalls and cracks. Scope of work at the Legislative Building included installing a standing seam metal roof atop the sandstone mechanical mixing chamber to mitigate further leaks and a feasibility assessment of multiple leaks throughout the campus buildings. The campus is on the National Register of Historic Places.
